Iacopo Patierno is an Italian filmmaker, who graduated
from DAMS in Bologna. He has learned over the course
of his career how to film and edit himself. He has always
been driven by a passion for documentaries. Iacopo has

worked abroad in countries such as Sweden, Spain, India, Romania and Mozambique. From these experiences, he
has capitalised on the ability to relate to different cultures and ways of working. He speaks fluent English, Spanish
and Portuguese. Iacopo made his first film back in 2009,
the last one in 2023.

for "Man Kind Man" at the Biografilm festival 2021,

altogether with the film's participation at the Italia Sicilia Gela S03 series, as well at the World Series World Cup

2022. There, "Man Kind Mand" enjoyed the privilege of

on several occasions, both at Italian high schools
and in remote areas of Mozambique.
